I am a professional electrician with Professional engineering and management qualifications, a Member of the Institute of Engineering Technology (the body involved in writing the standards), certified to the latest City and Guilds qualifications, for installation and testing, certified by UKAS as a competent person up to 1000v.
A Member of the National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers, for full electrical scope on all systems and Approved as an Electrical Inspector for the Local Authority Building Control (LABC).
NAPIT carries out an annual assessment where one of their assessors will randomly inspect work that we have carried out & our administrative procedures to ensure that the high standards they demand are being maintained.
All operatives are CRB checked.
We are Approved by Stockport Council Trading Standards buy with confidence scheme, and comply with all the latest consumer protection requirements. The Council monitors us on a regular basis.
Registered with Part P of the building regulations and able to certify work to the Local Authority Building Control.
All work is carried out to the latest requirements of BS 7671 (currently 17th edition 2008).

Many people I spoke to talked about tradesmen being unreliable, not returning calls, not turning up, not listening to their requirements, not finishing the job, leaving a mess, hiding extra charges etc. etc. The gap was for tradesmen whose first priority is YOU - "The Customer". A need for a professional who would complete all aspects of the installation to a high standard in compliance with current requirements of Regulations and Safety and then clean up afterwards. Work is carried out in your home as though it were my own.
We have always used high quality reliable materials on all our installations because we believe that no business can survive by fitting cheap accessories that always go wrong. The only phone calls that we receive from past customers are to ask us to carry out more work for them.
In order to be able to guarantee the high standards of our work and materials we cannot guarantee being the cheapest.
