Emergencies Emergencies
TBG Inspection Services offers an emergency service subject to availability.
If we can get to you we will. One thing we will NEVER do is to say that we will turn up and then fail to do so. If we are unable to help you at the time we will tell you. Occasionally we are able to solve a problem or offer a solution via the telephone that means you do not require an emergency visit or indeed a visit at all (hopefully you will remember who helped you out in the middle of the night & return to us should you need an electrician in the future). If we get delayed we will extend to you the courtesy of a telephone call and let you know what is happening.
We normally work
08.00- 17.00 Monday to Friday
Closed all day Saturday & Sunday.
The office is unmaned but an ansa phone is at 0161 285 6348 (Marple Bridge Number)
If you have an emergency we are likeky to be at a site so please contact us on the mobile telephone. 07976 893528
Also, if you reach the office answerphone, and need us urgently, please try the mobile telephone. We will happily call you back if call cost is a concern. You can also text us should you wish for us to call you & we will gladly do so as soon as possible.
If you do not get an answer from the mobile, please leave a message or try again later. This phone is NEVER turned off but for safety and legal reasons we will not answer if it is not safe to do so.
Charges
We DO NOT have a call out charge, as we do not agree with charging a customer for knocking on the front door and then charging them per hour after that.
TBG Inspection Services has a minimum charge applied to all jobs, which covers at least ONE hour attending to the emergency requested. Please contact us for current rates.
Sometimes we may apply discretion to the minimum charge if the repair is simple and only takes a few minutes.
